Ourkind is a home based microbakery based in New Westminster, BC (near 22nd station) .

You can place an order by filling out an online order form, reaching out through social media, or sending an email. We will typically get back within 24-48 hours! 

We have limited order spots each day, so our cancellation policy helps ensure everyone gets a fair chance to book.

-Full refund: Cancel at least 14 days before your pick-up date.

-Store credit: Cancel at least 7 days before your pick-up date.

-No refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before pick-up are not eligible for refunds or credit.

We’re happy to adjust your pick-up datebased on our availability. However, if the new date is already fully booked, we won’t be able to accommodate the change.

To avoid any issues, pleasefinalize your preferred pick-up date and timewhen placing your order.

For the best flavour and texture, let your cake come to room temperature before serving—the icing and sponge will be soft and delicious. This usually takes a 2-3 hours out of the fridge.

We recommend picking up your cake on the day of your event for maximum freshness. If you're enjoying it the next day, store it in the fridge overnight.

Leftovers can be kept for up to 3 days—just be sure to avoid direct sunlight or heat, especially on hot days.

We're not offering deliveries at the moment, but it's something we're working on! In the meantime, we recommend usingUber Packageif you need your order delivered.

As a custom cake studio, we do our best to keep our pricing fair and thoughtful. Each cake is uniquely designed, so pricing may vary based on the complexity of the design, color matching, and the time involved (some cakes can take up to 4 hours to decorate). Every order is one-of-a-kind and tailored to your occasion.
